1. About Our Services

Signature Concierge Services provides mobile notary, loan signing agent, remote online notarization (RON), and Life & Legacy Planning services in Maryland and, for certain services, virtually nationwide. This Site is informational and provided to help you learn about our services, request an appointment, and contact us — it does not itself perform any notarial act. All notarizations are performed in person or via approved RON platforms in accordance with Maryland law.

2. Not Legal Advice

Signature Concierge Services and its notaries are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Maryland or any other state. We do not draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities. Nothing on this Site, and no notarial act performed by us, constitutes legal advice. Life & Legacy Planning services help you organize, document, and notarize your own decisions — they do not replace independent legal counsel, and we encourage you to consult an attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.

3. Scheduling, Fees & Cancellations

• Fees for general notarizations follow the maximums set by Maryland law. Fees for loan signing, RON, and Life & Legacy Planning services are quoted individually based on the scope of work.
• Appointments may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee if canceled with less than 2 hours' notice, consistent with our Client Service Agreement.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance.

4. Eligibility & Accurate Information

By requesting our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that any information you provide to us (including through this Site's contact or booking forms) is accurate and complete.

5. Identification Requirements

All signers must present current, unexpired, government-issued photo identification at the time of any notarial appointment. We reserve the right to decline to notarize any document if identity cannot be verified, if a signer appears unaware, unwilling, or under duress, or if a document is incomplete.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Signature Concierge Services, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as scheduling tools or payment platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Concierge Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. Our liability for any notarial act performed is governed by applicable Maryland law and our Errors & Omissions insurance coverage.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
