Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about notary services and how we work.
What should I have ready for my appointment?
A valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID for every signer, and the complete document(s) needing notarization. If you're unsure what type of notarization your document requires, let us know when you book and we'll help sort it out.
Do all signers need to be present?
Yes — everyone whose signature needs to be notarized must be present in person (or via RON, on camera) with valid ID at the time of the appointment. This is a legal requirement for notarization.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and check. Payment is due at the time of service.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible for guaranteed availability, though same-day and rush appointments are often accommodated — just call to check.
Can you notarize documents for real estate closings?
Yes — as a certified Loan Signing Agent, handling purchase, refinance, and HELOC closing packages is a core part of what we do. We handle all the precision and coordination your closing requires.
What is your service area?
Prince George's County and surrounding areas. See our Service Area page for full details, or contact us about your specific location.
What makes your service different?
We bring a concierge-level standard of care to notary work. That means precision, professionalism, and genuine attention to the people behind every document. We're background-screened, carry $100,000 E&O insurance, and treat every appointment with the time and care it deserves.
Do you offer Remote Online Notarization (RON)?
Yes — we offer secure remote online notarization for eligible documents. You can connect from wherever you are, with the same careful identity verification and professional standard as an in-person appointment.
